The website www.voilahotel.mu (otherwise known as the "Site"), is published by Voilà Hotel (hereafter "Voilà Hotel"), a company organized and existing under the laws of Mauritius, whose registered office is located at Village Labourdonnais Mapou – Mauritius.

The use of the Site will be subject to the terms and conditions described below (hereafter the "Terms and Conditions"), whose purpose is to define the terms of access and use of the Site by any person (hereafter the "User").

The Site presents hotel and catering services provided by Voilà Hotel, and in particular offers Users the possibility to address online enquiries and book a Voilà Hotel reservation.

The Site and any content featured or displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations, data, files, trademarks, designs and models, as well as any software used in connection with the Site (hereafter the "Content") contain confidential information or information protected by existing intellectual property right legislation or any other law.

Unless specified otherwise, intellectual property rights relating to such Content are the exclusive property of VOILA HOTEL. VOILA HOTEL does not grant any license nor any other right except for the right to access and use the Site.

The reproduction of all or any part of the Content is authorized solely for personal and private use. All reproduction and use of copies of the Content for other purposes are explicitly forbidden.

Users may not copy, modify, create a derived work, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, grant, sublicense or transfer, in any way whatsoever, any and all element of the Content or the Site.

VOILA HOTEL collects and process Users’ personal data in conformity with Mauritian Law.

However, VOILA HOTEL cannot guarantee the correctness, precision, thoroughness, or completeness of the Content available on the Site and encourages Users to contact VOILA HOTEL directly.

VOILA HOTEL does not control all risks related to the use of the Internet and draws the User’s attention to the potential risks involved by the use of the Site.

VOILA HOTEL shall not be held liable for:

- any and all damage resulting from a third party’s fraudulent intrusion;

In addition, VOILA HOTEL shall not be held liable for any damage or losses, true or alleged, deriving from the use or from having trusted the content, or goods and services available on those sites or external sources.

VOILA HOTEL reserves the right to modify and update, at any time, the Terms and Conditions and/or the Content of the Site.

When accessing the Site, Users shall be deemed to have accepted without reserve the Terms and Conditions and the Data Protection Policy.

2. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions are governed by Mauritian law.

To the extent permitted under applicable mandatory law, any and all disputes arising from the Content or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.

1. Terms & Conditions "Best Rate Guarantee":

•  The Best Rate Guarantee applies to confirmed reservations made on voilahotel.mu and bookings made under the Best Rate Guarantee search.
•  Should a lower rate be found on another website, the application of the guarantee sought must be for the same hotel, same date, same type of room, same rate, same number of people and with the same sales conditions as those that apply to the reservation made on voilahotel.mu.
•  The lower rate on the other website must be viewable, bookable by the general public, providing instant confirmation, inclusive of all taxes and service charge.
•  Guarantee shall not apply if the lower rate is found on a third party website but is lower due to the currency exchange rates, rounding applied on room rate, incorrect display, etc.
•  Claim must be made within 24hours of making your booking on voilahotel.mu.
•  Claims for multiple nights will be compared individually.

2. Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:

•  Negotiated rates
• Corporate rates
• Group rates
• Association member rates
• Wholesale rates by travel agent
• Wholesale rates by online travel agent
• Flash sale rates by flash-sale site or online travel agent
• Package rates that include airline ticket + hotel, airport transfers, meals, tours and amenities
• Opaque bookings where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is unknown until the booking is confirmed.

We will continue with our cancellation policy whereby all bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to check in will be exempted from any cancellation fees. In case of no show and for any cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival 100% of the fees will be applied
